e-Prayer Privacy Agreement

Prayers submitted through the e-Prayer system are property of Faith by Proxy. Submitting a prayer through the e-Prayer system grants Faith by Proxy permission to reprint, publish, or otherwise display the contents of the prayer.  Email addresses, names, IP addresses, and other personal identifying information will not be sold, released or otherwise distributed.  However, there is no guarantee of confidentiality stated or implied.
